Katrina Kaif Refuses Item Song In Deepika-Starrer?
The Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif jodi has a ‘hit-hit’ score at box office. And this is enough reason why filmmakers want the sizzling jodi back on the silver screen.
Apparently, director Sajid Khan also wanted the crowd-puller duo for his film House Full. Kat was asked to do a special ‘Apni Toh Jaise Taise’ item song with Akshay Kumar and the rest of the starcast. In fact, Sajid has bought the rights of the original song, which is from the 80s hit ‘Laawaris’.
But the idea wasn’t too welcomed by other actresses of ‘Housefull’, namely Lara Dutta and Deepika Padukone. Insecurity played its part and as reported the gals made their “displeasure” evident.
As a source tells a tabloid, Katrina did hear the song and quite liked it, but was reluctant to do it because of her cold vibes with Deepika. Ultimately the song was picturised on Jacqueline Fernandez. We hear she rocked in the song.
