Manasvi Mamgai Wins Miss India 2010
On Friday, the Delhi girl, Manaswi Mamgai has won the Pantaloon’s Femina Miss India 2010 pageant.
Talking about her victory, Manaswi said, “I just want to sit back and cherish the moment. I have created history. Now I want to enjoy just that. And of course I want to hug my mom. She’s super happy and proud. I have only her and God to thank today.”
She has been crowned with Pantaloon’s Femina Miss India World 2010.
The beauty seems to be inspired from Bollywood dive and Miss World Aishwarya Rai as she said, “I dreamt of it the day I saw the blue crown on intact on Aishwarya Rai’s head. So, you can say when other girls were dreaming to become Miss India, my eyes were still set on that blue crown of Miss World. And this victory is a part of the other big journey.”
Manasvi has already walked on ramp in Wills Lifestyle India Fashion week in Delhi. Besides the crown of Pantaloon’s Femina Miss India World 2010, she has also bagged sub-contests like WGC Femina Miss Golden Heart, Femina Miss Catwalk, Gorgeous Femina Miss Beautiful Skin and Himalyan Femina Miss Natural Beauty.
Bangalore girl Nicole Faria, 20, was crowned the Pantaloons Femina Miss India Earth, and Pune girl Neha Hinge, 23, won the title of Pantaloons Femina Miss India International.
